We are delighted to be celebrating our 20th year as a luxury private villa rental. We celebrate this in the same year that our exclusive destination Punta Mita, in Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit, marks its 25th anniversary.
We are proud to have been trailblazers in Punta Mita; the first truly high-end villa rental in the region, setting the standard in ultimate luxury. Twenty years on, we continue to be ‘the’ standout beachfront estate in Punta Mita and recognized worldwide as a ‘must stay.’

Our beautiful renovation by cutting-edge, Mexico City designer, Uribe Krayer updated our color palette to chic creams and blues that reflect the natural beauty around us, an homage to the sea. This revitalization only enhances the undulating shapes and timeless design of the villa created by world-renowned architects Manolo Mestre and Juan Collignon.
Most recently, we added a pickleball court, making sure your favorite activity was now available onsite and we were thrilled to appear in Epic Villas on Amazon Prime, giving viewers a tour of our beautiful property.
